Is this legally compliant?

Yes. Friday produces employment contracts aligned to South African labour law, calculates UIF correctly, registers your worker, and takes care of the monthly UIF filing for you. The compliance side is handled, so you don't have to deal with the portals or the paperwork yourself.

What happens to my worker's personal details?

Their information is stored securely and used only to handle compliance, in line with POPIA. Documents are shared through private, time-limited links rather than left openly accessible. Your worker's record belongs to them.

What if I want to stop?

You can cancel at any time — there's no lock-in contract. You keep every document Friday has generated for you.

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

R59 per worker per month, with everything included. Payment is set up securely when you onboard, and billed monthly. If you employ more than one person, each is added at the same flat rate.
